Likun He
PhD Student

Likun is a PhD student at the University of Sydney and the Melanoma Institute Australia. Her research with the Melanoma and Cancer Translational Research Group focuses on understanding why some melanoma patients respond to immunotherapy while others develop resistance. Using spatial transcriptomics, her PhD project investigates how the tumour microenvironment is organised and how its molecular and spatial features relate to treatment response, with the aim of uncovering mechanisms of immunotherapy resistance and contributing to improved biomarkers and treatment strategies for melanoma.
